Our 2nd Book Club Meeting

NHS Book Clubbers~

Our 2nd Book Club meeting will be October 31st at 2:05 in the Library! We will be chatting up a storm on the first four chapters of The Help! So, please bring your books and be ready for some lively conversations!

As you are reading on your own, we would love to have you post some of your thoughts and feelings about the book. If there is something you like, have an Aha moment, or if you have any questions, feel free to add a post on below! We love reading what you think and I know the others will too.

Happy Reading!

  1. This book is inspiring. I don't normally favor historical fiction, but this book has to go on my list of favorites.

  2. Meadowbrook Book Club,

I read The Help this summer (and saw the movie, too) and one of the most heart-breaking parts of the book for me is how Elizabeth treats her daughter, Mae Mobley. What do you guys think of that? Did anyone see an explanation for this in the book?
